How to Control a Tour

Once you have created a Group Tour, you can control it.

Go to the user menu (located under your photo).
Select the 'Control' section.
In this section, you will find all the Tours and Adverts you have created.

You can do the following actions:

Edit Tour — make changes to the Tour details.
Hide from publication — temporarily remove the Tour from public access, for example, while editing.
Delete Tour — available only if there are no participants in the Tour.
Manage Tour Participants - can be done in the 'Participants' section of your Tour.
See Tour visits - even by unregistered visitors.
See who liked the Tour - to possibly invite them.

When a user sends a join-request to your tour:

You will receive a notification in the alerts section (Bell icon).
Go to the 'Control' section, where an orange notification with the number of requests will appear.
Click on the orange number to go to the Tour participants section.

The following actions are available in the participants section:

Add to Group — approve the join request.
Delete from Group — the participant will also be removed from the tour's general chat. However, they will be able to send a new join-request.
Move to Followers — the user will see tour updates in their news feed (e.g., added photos or new participants).
Block — the user will no longer be able to send a join-request to this tour. Tour updates will also be unavailable to them.
